Our Return & Exchange Promise

We understand that outdoor gear needs to perform when it matters most. If any product fails to deliver the reliability and quality we promise, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Authorization

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your items back to us.

3 Package Your Items

Include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories. For hygiene reasons, certain items have special requirements (see below).

4 Ship to Our Facility

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your items
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Gloves (personal hygiene considerations)

These items may only be returned if in original, unopened packaging with tags attached, or if manufacturing defects are present.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or provide store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
